The Guest Check-In feature helps property managers verify guest identities. Once enabled, guests will be required to upload their identification documents, such as a passport or ID, and take a selfie during the check-in process.
• To activate the check-in option for your company, log in to your keyless portal, go to settings, and choose ‘Updated company’.

• Enable the check-in option and click on submit.

Enable Check-In When Sharing Access:
• Log in to your keyless portal, go to ‘Users’, and choose ‘Guest’.

• Click on ‘Add Guest’

• While sharing access with the guests, choose to enable the check-in option.

• To view the documents provided by the guest, log in to your keyless portal and navigate to check in.

• Click on the three dots next to the guest’s name to view the documents.

Please note that this option is not mandatory, as the guest can ignore it and get access to the lock directly.
