Guest Must Claim the Key to Activate Access if Registered After the Invitation or Before the Access Date.
If a guest registers after the invitation has been shared or signs up before the actual access date, they are required to claim the key to ensure the lock becomes available to them by following the steps below:
1. After signing up for your Keyless application, click on ‘Claim your key’.

2. Contact the property manager to obtain the ‘Booking reference number’, and enter the provided retrieval code.

3. Once you click on ‘Proceed’, the lock will become available in your Keyless application.
