Signing Up for Keyless Premium Plan
1- To purchase the lock, first the property manager must sign up on the Keyless website.
2- Visit the website https://keyless.ae/.
3- Select “Sign Up” on the bottom left corner of the home page.
4- Once you click on ‘Sign up’, you will be redirected to the page of subscription plans. Two plans provided are: basic and premium.
5- If you require only 3 locks, in such a case, the Basic Plan would be the right option for you.
For Premium Plan
1.Fill in the required information, your name, email address, and contact information.
2. Choose a unique username and password to create your account.
3. Create a personalized experience by creating a unique domain with your company name.
4. Enter the number of licenses you will require in the next column (The total number of license must be the same number as the total number of units).
5. Apply coupon code if you have one and complete registration.
Customize your plan (Optional):
- Add Additional Users per lock (AED 1 / additional user): In the premium plan, you can have up to 10 active users for each lock. Each active user constitutes either of the following:
- Staff user who has access to a lock at a given time.
- Guests who have access to a lock at a given time. Also includes those additional guests to whom a primary guest has given access.
- Once access has been canceled, the user is not considered an active user. If you wish to have more than 10 active users at a given time, you purchase each additional user license for AED
- Add Additional Events History per lock(AED10 / 1000 additional events history): Each event is a lock or an unlock.
. The current subscription allows you to retrieve history up to 3000 events. If you require more, you can purchase at an additional amount.
. After reaching the 3000-event history limit, the system will automatically delete older events and upload new ones. - Add additional properties:You can register up to 25 properties in your current plan. For the option to register more, additional usage license can be purchase.

- Please notice that the purchase of any additional Users / Events history will be automatically applied to all your license.
6- Now that you’re finished with signing up, you can add your holiday home units to the portal.
- You can bulk upload the unit permits as a PDF.
- Upload units manually by clicking on ‘Add units’.
