The property manager can blacklist a card if it is reported missing, ensuring it can no longer be activated or used to unlock the door.
To blacklist or block a card, please follow the steps below:
1• From your Keyless Portal, go to the RFID Cards section.

2• Download the RFID Cards application to your PC.

3• Log in to the RFID Cards application with your property manager credentials

4• Find the lock you want to update and click the Write button next to it.

5• Tap with any open card on the card reader, and click scan.

6• Select Make Blacklist Card.

7• Choose the card that you want to blacklist.

Click Submit to complete the process.
