How Property Managers Can Generate a Passcode Using the Mobile App
To generate a passcode for a guest using the Keyless app, follow the steps below:
1- After logging into your keyless app as a property manager, click on the icon of the lock you wish to share access to with the guest.

2- At the bottom of the page, click on “Share Access”.
3- On the Users page, click on the ‘+’ or ‘Add User’ sign, which is located at the top right or bottom of the page.
4- Enter the email address of the user you want to share access with.
5- Enter Guest Information:
• Set the guest’s Routine to ‘Default’, then specify the start date, start time, end date, and end time to define the guest’s stay period.
• Enable the option ‘Generate Passcode’ to create a passcode for the guest.
6- Click on ‘Share Access’ to complete the process.
Note on Revoking or Editing Guest Access
To revoke or edit the access for a guest with a generated passcode, the Property Manager must be near the lock. This action can only be performed through the mobile application.
How to view the passcode generated for the guest:
After generating the passcode for the guest, the passcode will be automatically generated by the system. To view the passcode, follow these steps:
1- Tap the lock icon that you’ve shared access with the guest.
2- Click on “Share Access”.
3- You will be able to see the guest’s passcode, as highlighted in the picture.
