Schedule Your Installation Appointment
If you have placed your order with “Installation” option, and you wish to schedule your installation appointment, you will be able to schedule the installation appointment of your order with your most convenient time by following these steps:
1- On the left side menu of the dashboard on home page, click on “Request Installation”.
2. Click on the middle of the following page that shows ‘select order’. Select the order number.
3.The next page shows the options for lock name and date of installation.
4. Select the Lock Name.
5. Select the Date of Installation.
6. Once you enter the details, the same page opens a new set of options to enter the installation details like the lock type, date, slot, quantity, contact person name and information.
7. Enter the location of installation. (Quantity is mentioned because if the locks are placed in different location the locks can be added separately to each location respectively)
8. Click on Add installation.
9. And then click on Save installation to complete the process.
