to get comprehensive control over all aspects of your lock. Edit Lock
Edit lock
The property manager can assign the lock to a different unit by editing the lock details:
- Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘Locks’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click Actions you want to edit on right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- Once the options are prompted, click on ‘Edit lock’ on actions.
- Edit the details of the lock the property manager would like to change.
Click ‘Update’ to complete the process.
Delete lock
- Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘Locks’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click Actions you want to edit on right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- Once the options are prompted, click on ‘delete lock’ on actions.
- You will be redirected to a page where an affirmative or negative question will be asked for OTP generation.
- Click and complete the process.
- Click yes, and OTP will be sent to the mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and Verify to complete the process.
View Lock details
- Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘Locks’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click Actions you want to edit on right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- Once the options are prompted, click on ‘view lock’ on actions.
- Next page shall show the details of the lock and the lock access history.
Generate QR code
If the property manager wishes to hand over the lock to the owner he must generate the QR code to transfer lock management to the owner.
- Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘Locks’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click Actions you want to edit on right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- Once the options are prompted, click on ‘generate QR code’ on actions.
- Once you click on it, A file will be downloaded (image of QR code).
- Open the file to view it.
