After successfully signing up with Keyless you can easily control and customize your plan from ‘Plans and Transactions’
• Update the number of licenses
1- Click on ‘plans and transactions’ on the left side of your homepage.
2- If you have more units you wish to purchase licenses for go to ‘Total no. of licenses’ and click on update.
3- Choose ‘Updated licenses needed’ and enter the total number for total units.
To downgrade the number of licenses, repeat the previous steps and enter the desired total number of licenses after removing the undesired lock from the portal. For instructions on deleting a lock from the portal, please refer to this hyperlink: Managing Locks Guide.
Adding additional users to your plan
1- Click on ‘plans and transactions’ on the left side of your homepage.
2- Click on ‘Update’
3- Go to ‘Add Additional Users’ and choose the number of users you want to add (1AED Per User ) per lock
4- Click submit to complete the process.
Adding additional Event History
1- Click on ‘plans and transactions’ on the left side of your homepage.
2-Click on ‘Update’
3- Go to ‘Add Additional History events’ and enter the number of events history you want to add to your plan
4- Click submit to complete the process.
Adding additional Properties
1- Click on ‘plans and transactions’ on the left side of your homepage.
2- Click on ‘Update’
