Staff information
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select lock information on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted Click on ‘Staff Information’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate Report’.
- The report will be generated with all details like the Date, Details of the Staff, Sign-up date, etc.
Lock information
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select lock information on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted Click on ‘Lock information’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
- All the details of the report will be generated.
Lock History
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select lock information on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted Click on ‘Lock History’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’
- All the details of the lock history will be entered, and the report will be generated.
Access Rights
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select lock information on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted Click on ‘Access Rights’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
- The report will be generated.
Plans & Transactions
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted Click on ‘Plans & Transactions’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
- The report will be generated, once you click ‘Generate report’.
RFID Cards
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted click on ‘RFID Cards’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
Once you click on the ‘RFID Cards’, click on ‘Generate Report’, and the report will be generated.
Guest Access
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted click on ‘Guest Access’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
Once you click on the ‘license report’, click on ‘Generate Report’, and the report will be generated.
Card History
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted click on ‘Card History’ and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
- The report will be generated, once you click ‘Generate report’.
Registration Certificate
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Reporting’ to view the reports.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can select on the top left under the name ‘ Select Report Type’.
- When the options are prompted click on Registration Certificate and select the from and to dates. Click on ‘Generate report’.
- The report will be generated, once you click ‘Generate report’.
