Add Routine
- Once you login to the Property Manager Portal, you shall Click on the ‘Routine’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click ‘+ Add Routine’ on the left side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- Add the details of the routine like Routine Name, Start Time, End Time, and Days.
- Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process.
- After creating the routine, you can assign it to a specific user by clicking on ‘Users’ on the left side of the homepage.
- Click on add guest.
- Click on ‘Choose routine’ to select the routine you want to assign to this user.
• Users with specific routines will not have access to the assigned lock outside of their assigned routine hours.
Edit Routine
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, you shall click on the ‘Routine’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click actions on the right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- When options are prompted, click on Edit Routine.
- Edit the details like Routine Name, Start Time, End Time, and Days.
- Click on ‘ Submit’ at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
Delete Routine
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, you shall click on the ‘Routine’, on the side menu of the homepage.
- Click Actions on the right side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- When options are prompted click on ‘Delete Routine’.
- When you click delete routine, a box will be prompted.
- Click on ‘yes’ to delete the Routine.
