Try These Basic Steps!
As a guest, you might encounter some technical issues using the application. Here’s some basic steps you can follow if you are facing issue unlocking your lock.
Call Your Property Owner:
- Open Keyless App
- Click on the Lock from “Your Keys” on the Home Page.
- Select “Support”
- Click on Call or WhatsApp option.
In such a case, you will be calling your Property Owner for support in case you’re locked outside.
Other Steps You Can Check in Case of Any Issue:
Check if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on.
Wi-Fi is not mandatory. Although during times of issues it is always better to open Wi Fi and Bluetooth as it enhances the Bluetooth connectivity if it’s being affected by other devices
Check for app updates.
If the Keyless app is not working properly ensure that the app is up to date.
Restart the application.
The issue might be resolved by simply restarting the application.
