Submit Tickets.
Tickets serve as a valuable tool for property managers facing challenges. It’s directly linked to our support team, enabling efficient assistance and resolution.
To create a ticket, simply follow these steps:
- Once you log in to the Property Manager Portal, Click on the left-side menu ‘Tickets’ to view your existing tickets or create new ones.
- Click on ‘+ Create Ticket’, on the top left of the screen.
- When we click on ‘+ Create Ticket’ a box emerges. Fill in the details like Subject, Description, Priority, Category etc. Upload Attachment.
- Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom to complete the process of raising the ticket.
