Add Guest
As a property manager you can use “Add guest” to share access with your guests.
you can add (User – Guests) by following these next steps:
- Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘Users’, on the side menu of the homepage and click on ‘Guest’ when the options are prompted.
- Click ‘+ Add Guest’ on the left side of the homepage you are redirected to.
- When the options are prompted search the email, assign lock with lock name, and set the Routine to default, start date, start time, end date, and end time of the guest stay period.
Click ‘add guest’ at the bottom of the column to complete the process.
As a property manager, you can share access with 10 active users for each lock.
Pending invites
you can check pending invites by following the below steps:
• Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘User’, on the side menu of the homepage and click on ‘Pending invites’ once the options are prompted
You will be redirected to the ‘pending invites’ page.
“Pending invites” is where a property manager can find invitations for guests. If the property manager sent an invitation before the guest downloaded the Keyless application, or if an invitation has been sent to a guest but the actual time has not yet come.
When a guest remains in Pending Invites after completing registration, the key must be claimed manually. During the key claiming process, a retrieval code is required. The retrieval code is usually the booking reference number, which can be provided by the property manager from the “Pending invites” section.
Staff
A property manager can add staff and select the role they want to assign to their staff by following the below steps:
• Once you log in to the property manager portal, you shall Click on the ‘User’, on the side menu of the homepage and click on ‘Staff’ when the options are prompted.
• Click on ‘Add Staff’.
• Fill in the required information enter the first name, last name, and Email of the staff member, and select the desired role for your staff member.

Please note that the Staff option is only available with the Premium Plan.
