To add an access card to a lock via the mobile application as a property manager, follow these steps:
2. Select “Configure Card” from the options
3.Click on the ‘+’ icon at the top of the page.
4. Choose the lock to which you want to assign the access card.
5. Go to ‘Card to be configured’.
6. Choose the specific card you wish to add to this lock.
7. Enter the guest’s email and click on “Configure Card.”
8. Provide the required information to assign the access card to the guest.
9. Click on “Configure Card” once again to finalize the process.
When configuring the card, please ensure that you are in close proximity to the lock in order to successfully configure the card.
How to delete configured cards from the Mobile Application:
To successfully delete the configured card, please ensure that you remain in close proximity to the lock.
• Open the mobile application and navigate to the ‘More’ section.
• Choose ‘Manage Cards’ from the menu.
• Select the access card you want to delete and tap on the three dots next to it.
• Press ‘Delete Card’ to remove the selected card.
The card is now successfully deleted from your account.
